11.2 Enterprise Internet Connectivity Needs

There are three main requirements to establish the enterprise internet service capability:

1. Outbound access – providing internet services for internal users, most often accomplished using PAT (Port Address Translation)
2. Inbound access – hosting enterprise servers, providing employees remote access VPN services, and establishing site-to-site VPN tunnels
3. Redundancy – consists of link redundancy, device redundancy, and ISP redundancy
